COVID-19 vaccination policy  

Please note Proof of vaccination will be required for all individuals attending the in-person meeting at the Hotel Dieu in Toulouse, France on March 24-25, 2022. A conference badge will not be handed out to anyone who does not show proof of vaccination at the registration desk such as: 

• EU Digital COVID Certificate 
• CDC Vaccination card 
• Government-issued vaccination certificate

Any attendee or faculty not meeting these requirements is NOT considered fully vaccinated and should register for the remote attendance. 

Masks and Hand Sanitizer 

Following guidelines and mandates from the French Higher Health Authority (HAS) and the City of Toulouse masks covering the mouth and nose are to be worn in indoor meeting spaces.  

Hand sanitizers will be provided to attendees and will be available throughout the meeting space.
