Several bus lines serve the Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques:

Buses n ° 10, 12, 38 and 44 end at the "Cours Dillon" stop located in front of the Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques
bus n ° 14 has a "Cours Dillon" stop, at the beginning of Avenue de la République.

You can also take metro line A and get off at one of the following two stations: Saint-Cyprien République or Esquirol

Airport Toulouse-Blagnac - 15min by car via A621 or T2 Palais de Justice TOULOUSE to "Fer à cheval" and 10min by foot. 

Train station Toulouse Matabiau - 10min by car or bus n°14 Basso Cambo TOULOUSE to "Cours Dillon" stop.
